Horrible customer service, messed my whole order up when I called and explain to them she said she would write my name down and... give me a credit call today to see if that credit was still applied. I?ve been going here since I was a kid and really enjoy the place. Just hard to give the place the best rating when a lot of... times the service is kind of slow and I?ve heard some not to great things about how the owner can be at times. Pancho's never disappoints! Great food, the waitress was awesome plus they serve alcohol if the mood strikes you! I usually... always get the Chunky Beef Burrito dinner with cheese and a small super nacho. See attached pics. Read more
We came in around 2 and the place was empty, so I was nervous about the quality, but the waitress was very friendly and helped... us out right away, got us our drinks and chips and salsa. We ordered and got our food very soon after. The beans looked likecafeteria beans but they were surprisingly very good, and everything else was also amazing. The portions are generous as well.As we were eating the place got busier but we were still able to get helped out on a moment's notice. We will definitely becoming back. Read more

I?ve been eating here since they first opened and that was many moons ago, no matter where I?m at, whenever I?m in Michigan... again I always eat here great food great service always fresh and friendly! I have had tons of authentic foods, but I?ll alwayseat here for seriously great Mexican meal! In fact I?m eating my dinner today from their menu!
