Order was completely wrong pickle chips were soggy, tots were cold and we waited a good 10 minutes at the window for a our food.... With the wait I thought the food would at the least be hot and fresh. Read more

First I want to say, I emailed the manager on the receipt and never heard back. I stopped at this location because it was close... to where I was at the moment. Never again. I will always go to Southgate instead. The wait time was long but I was okay withthat aspect of the trip. My drinks were so dirty. Drinks spilling out, made the cup sticky. Didn?t even attempt to clean it. Thefries. My God the fires. They were ice cold. I honestly thought they were from the night before or at the earliest that morning.It was disgusting. If I wasn?t running around that day, I would have returned everything for a full refund. I?m disappointedthat nobody responded to my email. Read more

Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced? employee argues with their customers and is down right rude. Help line is a joke... as well. Shamika needs a customer service class. Ordered on the app for pick up.. they brought it out as a door dash, eventhough it says check it when here. Everything was cold and the burgers weren?t right. When I say cold, there was no heat at all.Cheese wasn?t even melted. Tried calling and no answer. Worst experience with sonic food ever. Usually go to southgate, maystick to that location. Read more

Waited in line for 20 minutes. When I ordered my food one of the items I wanted was out of stock, no big deal. Finished the rest... of my order and drove to the window. I'm told they are not making milk shakes, sorry we didn't tell you that. Then startedgiving me a sob story that they are short staffed. Being short staffed is not my problem, it is yours, I'm sick of hearing thatevery where I go. I was a retail manager and it's the retailer's job to figure it out not the customers. Read more

My visit to this sonic was just horrible today.! Me & my family order simple drinks & fries. When we received our drinks they... were beyond flavorless so we politely asked for a different one okay no problem they bring them out same exact thing so we justsay we would just like a refund, instead they insist on us letting them try one more time and if it doesn?t taste any betterthey will refund us okay sure will try again. Guess what still has no taste at all so we give up and just say please just refundus we have already been here 20 minutes and our food is getting cold, at that point we are treated rudely and told we have to doit on the app! If this was the case they should of told us this so we could of went home and ate our food hot but instead theykept us there just to send us home with flavorless drinks and cold food! I tried to tell them that these were raw. The entire pack was raw like this. Is it too much to say I?m sorry we will do better?... I was just ignored. This is unacceptable. The way it was handled was also unacceptable not to mention rude. I?ll never go back. Read more

Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered DoorDash from this sonic and received this. The bun was barely cut and not even in the right... spot. There was a teaspoon of chili and NO CHEESE. On top of that, they placed the coney dog upside down in the container. Evenlike this, the hotdog was inedible. The weenie itself tasted like it had been sitting out all day. The store is supposed to beopen till midnight and they weren?t. I couldn?t even take the food back myself to get a new one made or anything. My tots werecold. The only thing that was decent was my drink. They can?t even blame it on DoorDash cause the driver had to wait 15 min toreceive this dump of an order. How does it take 15 min to make such a cold monstrosity of an order. This is the 3rd time I?veplaced this exact order and I?ve received very poor food. This place needs to hire people that are motivated and willing toactually put effort into their job. It?s not hard to make a hotdog. Definitely not worth $15 an hour!!! 0 STARS!!! Read more
