The lady who I ordered from was so incredibly rude I couldn?t believe it. She?s an older lady who wears glasses and brown hair,... I believe she?s the manager. I asked her for a ice water with the food I ordered and she never made it. I went back up 15minutes later and asked her if she could make me it then she rolled her eyes and walked away and never made it.. I?m not surewhy she was being so mean to me when I asked her nicely. I then overhead her say she?s smack a customers hand?!!!??? This womanmay be tired/ overworked but she needs a new job. I have never had an experience like this at a Starbucks. Read more

I love their Green Tea Frappuccino! They were quick about serving the drinks and although it was a small crew running the shop,... they managed to keep a good pace between dealing with customers at the counter, and the drive-thru! Definitely recommend. Read more
I order the exact same drink every other day. I go to multiple Starbucks in the downriver area and never had an issue. Took 3... remakes and the manager tried to tell me the drink I order religiously would curdle (which in the past 2 years of getting hasnever done that no matter how long I take to drink it) Even the 3rd remake was pure cream no strawberry flavor (it was so thickwe needed water to wash it down it was supposed to be a creamy strawberry but only tasted like melted vanilla ice cream) we justhad to throw the towel. I just got a small pike. The coffee wasn?t hot. The lady cashier gave me an attired when I asked her to make me a hot cup. I... waited for her to brew and then she just slides the coffee and walks away. I asked her if there?s a problem. She walks away notlooking at me, saying have a good day. I had to warm up my own muffin. Full story is my friend asked for her pumpkin muffin toasted after having the toughest day... ever. It was not toasted. Starbucks employee avoided eye contact as she handed the cold muffin to my friend. My friend almostcried, cut to me turning on my oven to toast it to prevent an actual breakdown.
