I always order the grab and go mobile order. I sat in front of the store for over 30 minutes in the mobile pickup lane and a... young man came and locked the door and never said for me too go thru the drive thru. Was there for over an hour drive thru didn't move place an online order and didn't receive it then went in and ordered with... nobody at register waited 20 minutes to talk to someone and still had to wait another 20 minutes for food. Worst tacobell ivever been too!! Read more

Found this in my food. You would think by this being a new Taco Bell this wouldn't happened smh they don't have a phone number... to call other then corporate and they don't open until Monday at 11. So apparently they don't cut Quesadillas anymore. The staff at this location seems like your walking into a funeral home, all... depressed like they hate work or something. I always place my order over the app and they miss something every time. Plus thislocation doesn't appear to even have a phone number available to get anything replaced when they mess up. That sure isconvenient. Last time I ordered from then my food was so cold it felt like they made it and threw it on some ice. Tacobell hasjust gone down hill over the years. You'd think with this being a new store they'd want a better staff. Read more

The first time I came to this location everything was great from the food to the friendly staff but not on todays trip. They... didn?t have one of the things I ordered so they asked if I wanted a replacement. I told them what I wanted instead and mind youI paid extra for my original order to have steak instead of ground beef and on my replacement they gave me ground beef and Ieven asked the girl at the window if they made it steak and her response was ?I think so? I should have known better to not pulloff before checking because it was wrong and they don?t have a phone number to even call them to tell them it was wrong and Iwasn?t about to wait in line again so I got screwed this time! Not to mention the girl at the window wasn?t thrilled from themoment I pulled up? guess she didn?t wanna be there. Read more

I've been here three times, first time they forgot my drink and my cinnamon twists, second time all my food was dumped in the... bag, and the third time they gave me Tortilla chips instead of my cinnamon twists. Plus the mobile app makes it impossible toget help with your order. Overall, horrible experience. Read more

This is a brand new location. I feel as though they are still ironing out some wrinkles with staffing, but overall not a bad... experience. It was a bit difficult to order with the menu board not functioning. Food was as expected, staff was polite. I'msure it will get better. Read more
