I used to come to this location every morning before work. Never had any issues, and the coffee was great. But as of late, it?s... gone downhill? AVOID this Tim Hortons at all costs. Staff taking your order are rude, and the coffee is never consistent.Basically tastes like creamer with water. It took me a couple visits to realize they were the reason I got food poisoning. Normally my experience at this location is great. Today, not so much. The manager was completely disrespectful to the staff on... shift, one worker vaped behind the counter, and another worker was horseplaying. Recommend switching out the Sunday morningshift team and replacing the manager with someone who can adequately run a shift. Read more
Absolutely horrible service. The person who took my order was nice but the person who cashed us out was extremely rude. Said... NOTHING when we got to the window, snatched the card, gave it back and gave us what we ordered and slammed the window shut. Notgoing back again. Read more
The donuts were fresh, and the drive-thru was served quickly. However, the cashier taking the orders was slightly rude and... unpleasant (gentleman with red hair and glasses). His co-worker was outside socializing. There weren't many options forbreakfast as most of the items were unavailable due to it being on the truck still or unprepared. Every time I come here; I ask politely "Do you have sweet tea?" the answer is always "Yes". When I get my tea, it's never a... sweet tea, just a regular tea. This literally happens every time i go there. I said something to the manager one time, but now Ijust go home and sweeten it up myself. Sweet Tea does not exist here. Read more
