Ordered on doordash for pick up. Said it was ready but it wasn't. Little bit of a wait. But they were delicious.
Wings were cold, and they had us wait 30 minutes for nothing! We came up to an employee at the front desk, and they told us we... still had a little more time to wait until our food would be handed out. 30 minutes go by, and we realize our food has beenplaced at the pickup counter, getting cold the entire time we were waiting! They employee completely brushed it off and don'teven apologize. Not to mention that they forgot our boneless wings that we paid for! My first visit to Wingstop was extra special because I visited on National Wiings Day (July 29th) which entitled me to 5 free... wings with an order, sweet! Trishon & Dionis were the "hostesses with mostesses" so to say. They went out of their way to makesure of a return visit. Trishon upgraded my drink cup and freely indulged a tasting of different sauces. The wings were superhot and retained their hotness all the way home ???? My order was slow as molasses, service was alright, employees were kind of ambivalent and one customer was in the back of the... store had something playing on his phone so loud you could easily hear it up front. The food, wings were pretty good, I had thevoodoo fries and way too salty imo. Read more
My brother and I went to try this joint out after seeing it while driving one day. I ordered the 8 boneless wing combo. Half... mango habanero and half Hawaiian. Both flavors were pleasant. The mango habanero wasn't very hot what so ever though. The frieswere very good but the ranch really was a difference maker. Homemade and decently thick but absolutely delicious! Brotherordered the Korean wings which was unique. He also ordered the voodoo fries which didn't seem to be much but fries with bacon,cheese sauce, and ranch drizzled on. All in all I would recommend trying Wingstop if you are nearby. Read more
I could excuse the long wait, but what I can't is the lack of any gloves or handwashing. I managed to eat half of my order... before I found a hair. Appetite completely gone after that. Service wasn't rude, but it wasn't good either. Read more
