Ordered through doordash three separate instances; my child loves their turkey sub plain... Each time they forgot either an... ingredient or juice or desert.... It's one singular simple order with cheese and turkey... How talented do you have to be tomess that up 3 separate times!?!?!?.......... Food was alright. But service needs big help. SLOW!!! There was 4 employees. One was making sandwiches, one was ringing people... up and the other 2 were, well not doing much. I wouldn?t recommend this location if your in a hurry. Plus the drink station wasa bit messy and the was a sandwich toaster just placed there. ??????????? I won?t be back. Read more
I've had good experiences with Firehouse in the past, but I am really annoyed with a recent catering box order. This probably... isn't unique to this particular store, but Firehouse in general. We ordered 2 boxes of subs and 60% of the sandwiches were withsweet ham. We had 16 people, 2 of whom like sweet ham (personally I find it gross). We had half or the order left over and noone really wanted to take it home. I accept some of the blame here, but when they say turkey and ham, I don't expect it to besweet ham. When they say Italian sub, sweet ham doesn't belong on it (unless specified). I don't understand what theirobsession is with it, but apparently they don't carry regular ham. Read more
very kind staff and owner, tasty food. They have Schar gluten free rolls but I wouldn?t suggest this place for celiacs or people... who have reactions to gluten. They use the same machinery and knives for both gluten and gluten free rolls, so major crosscontamination. I wish they?d at least use some paper in the me achines or have a special knife to cut down on thecontamination... Read more
