Searching for places to eat well we were on vacation. Despite from all the reviews that I read before even going there, that... stated to stay away.I decided to give it a chance and was definitely not disappointed with the service. This restaurant wasphenomenal! Absolutely over-the-top! I loved the fact of how involve the manager is in making sure that each person is takencare of was truly amazing. She helps her crew on and stays with them side-by-side cleaning, busing, serving, and truly making itan experience to remember. The food was delicious it was pricey but definitely worth it! We did the chicken biryani and shrimpkorma, chili paneer with a garlic naan and for desert gulab jamun. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place! Read more

I ordered for mild chicken biryani as take away. What I received was probably the worst biryani I had in my lifetime. It was... clearly some left over with few shreds of chicken. They charged almost $20 for it. It was not even biryani by the way. It wassome furry mixed with some shreds of left over chicken. When I called them they were not even apologetic. So , today we thought that we will have Hakka noodle and chili Paneer dish. And here is our experience:- 1. Instead of chili... Paneer, received tofu dish of some sort. 2. The Hakka noodles we very stale, as if a day old ( or older). 3. The quality of foodwas very poor and quantity was very less. It was a home delivery but both the dishes boxes were half empty. This was somethingreally new. I have never seen this before. Now , we thought that we should try to call the restaurant and ask inform atleast. Review of customer service is as follows:— 1. Getting connected to them was a challenge. We got there after trying 4times. They don’t answer phone. 2. The person who answered the phone was simply unwilling to listen to us and our concerns. 3.We were then connected to there Chef. When we told him that we got tofu instead of paneer he said - “ we just did not like thefood “, and tone was very non serious. 4. When we told the chef that the Hakka noodles were stale , he giggled at us . So thecomplaint just fell on deaf ears. My experience is that exorbitant prices are not guarantees for “quality food “. I first want to say that I love their lamb masala! It is fantastic and the naan is pretty good BUT their prices are ridiculous!... I am in the suburbs – there is no reason why I should be $20 for a medium size platter of masala with rice I never wanted! Iinitially ordered the Thali which is a great deal but the problem is that 70% of the dishes included are terrible! The onlything that is good is the masala but they give you a really small portion. I called and said – can I just have that smallcontainer of the lamb masala or maybe even double – I got a flat NO. They then told me it comes with rice (the entre) but Idon’t want rice…. Well you have no choice! I really like the food but I am never going back. This is a complete waste ofmoney and food! I tossed 4 cups of rice I told them from the start I did not want and I think they give it to you to make itseem like it’s worth the value.
