Myself along with about 8 other people just walked out after waiting for 15minutes after no one was taking anyone's order I... asked if we could get someone to come take our order please. Got here and 10 people waiting on food. Apparently waiting biscuits. I ordered before I realized this. I won't be back.
I don?t usually write reviews much anymore; but this place was plain awful. The customer service for dine-in customers was... atrocious yet very friendly with drive-through customers. The man working the counter tried to force a bag of food into my handsthat wasn?t even mine. I tried twice to explain it wasn?t mine and he decided to just go walk in the back. I ordered two meals,which for some reason took from 6:35-7:10 to get out to us. Of course it wasn?t hot. Not even warm surprisingly (I wouldn?t havecared at this point) so when I said something the same young man at the counter snatched it out of my hands, walked off with itand came back out and conveniently had everything to make two fresh meals very quickly all of a sudden. Hardee's is always a hit or miss. If you go through the drive thru you may or may not get the right order. When we dined inside... the other day everything was cooked fresh and the service was excellent. Read more
Service is slow but the food is good but I probably won't never go there again
Tables were not clean. Several had chicken crumbs,, or other food on the surface.. French fries on the floor. Wasn't busy, but... Noone was cleaning.. Cashier was not very receptive. Restroom was dirty. Read more
