Don't worry about going into the store here. Waited 10 minutes at the register just to be looked at and ignored by 3 of the 6... team members that could be seen. They are more focused or interested in drive through orders than there indoor service. Read more
I wanted to acknowledge the fact that I have only had 2 issues with this Bojangles in the last 10 years, which I think is... really great. This specific incident had to do with the food warmers not functioning properly and they had someone come out morethan once just recently to fix it,, So it was something that was not their fault in my opinion. And the management was very kindand understanding and fixed my issue with no problem. Read more
Lot of fun..yeah... So I went to this joint. Tried to get in and couldn't. No sign on the door ...nothing...The employees inside... just looked at me like I was invisible... Spoke to 2 women standing in the parking lot who asked if the door was locked and Ireplied yes and that there wasn't a note on the door. Both women told me that they'd just pulled in the parking lot in theircats as they saw the police come out of the restaurant with not 1 but 2 employees in handcuffs and had been discussing thematter just before I pulled in.... Lovely... just lovely... I guess putting up a closed sign wasn't even on the menu... Sadlythese days people wanting to actually hold down any job are scarce so the employees aren't being vetted.. Ordered the 8 piece family meal. Got 2 breast 1 thigh 1 leg and 5 wings. The wings where cooked so hard you could not eat them.... Would not feed them to a dog. Asked mgn to call me never did. Read more
We ordered 3 chicken sandwich combos. We were told to drive forward that they had to cook one piece of chicken. After waiting... over 15 minutes, I walked in and turns out they had never even started cooking the chicken for the sandwiches, and it would take12 more minutes to cook them. The manager refunded our money, but I feel we should?ve got at least a gift card for a futurevisit after waiting that long and getting nothing. Read more
Absolutely disgusting food and service. Literally need to fire at least half the staff. Starting with the general manager. It's... pretty sad when a customer has to go behind the counter to get their own food. Then they have the nerve to say "sir you can'tcome behind the counter" to get your food you have been waiting 20 minutes for. And the first to say they want $15 per hour.It's fast food. Minimum wage minimum work. But when your only 2 brain cells are only thinking about a cigarette break. What doyou expect. Read more
We came into the store for dine in and was given our food in boxes, When I asked I was told that even we wanted to dine in. The... food was to be served on a box and not in the plastic tray as usual. As we?re getting done eating, two young man came and theirfood was served in the tray. Don?t know what is going with this specific location but this is my 3rd time that I?m provided withpoor service. If I could give zero I would. Went through the drive thru twice on two different evenings; one trip they said didn't have enough... chicken and the other they had NO CHICKEN. Years ago, this was the best Bojangles around but not anymore. Read more
