I dropped one of the pizzas in my car and went back around to buy another one. They made a fresh one for me at NO CHARGE. ... Despite my clumsiness, they went over and above when they didn't have to. The pizza they remade was annihilated by my ravenousgrandkids who appreciate a good pizza. I appreciate the wonderful customer service. They don't deliver where I live, but are at the house next door at least once a week. I've called multiple locations. All good... though, pizza hut has my back. Read more
Um. Saw the online order half off thing and ordered. It said I saved 34 dollars on 3 pies and the price was 31 dollars. So 3... pies is normally 60 dollars? Cancelled my order. And dominoes can probably go right to not heaven for lying to my face viaads. Currently at papa John's paying full price with a side of not being deceived. Read more
I typically don't complain when they get my order wrong, like when I ask for the thin pizza to be cut in the normal triangles... and not squares and they get it wrong anyway, or when I request light sauce and I get the normal amount and I have to wipe itoff with napkins. Only time I have complained is when the bottom of the pizza was burnt. Last night I ordered light sauce andthere was absolutely no sauce whatsoever, it was dry, gross, and after 10pm, I was tired and got the pizza for my son andhusband. I went to bed and told my husband I would call the next morning. And they ate something else. I ended up having towork, so I just called Domino's after i was off work and I was told because I didn't call last night so they could remake it,there's nothing they can do. I told them I had all the pizza but 2 pieces because they were thrown in the trash, I was then toldI had to have all of the pieces of pizza. Well I'm not digging in the trash for the 2 pieces. And I didnt want to drive back upthere last night. Lincolnton has more pizza places than anything else and there's much better pizza out there than domino's. Sothey don't seem to care about losing a dissatisfied customer and I was pretty much accused of trying to get free food when Istill had 90% of it and I ought to drive to their pickup window and throw it at them. Won't be getting pizza from this mediocreat best, place anymore. Quick and easy. Good customer service. Easy access location. Food is hot and has always been good. The staff is very friendly... and helpful. The drive thru is my preferred pick up as it is most convenient but occasionally go inside. Store is very clean. Ilike the sandwiches and pasta bowls, especially the bread bowls. The variety of wings and boneless wings are great sides or fora meal. Read more
Food was good. Went in for take out twice. First time they gave me a coupon for $3.00 off if I ordered take out again. I did the... following week. I made the order on-line and didn't understand how to input the coupon, I thought no problem they will take itoff when I pick it up. Guess what, even though I ordered almost $40 of food they would not take off the $3 dollar coupon. 3people who all said they were managers said no to the point I was going to just walk out, finally another manager stepped in whoat least tried to help and put in the coupon code. Even she couldn't do it and explained there was no way to enter a discount. I ask for Domino's customer service number. She explained that this is a franchise store and gave me the number to the Charlottefranchise office that owns them. I called the next day left a message and then the next day and left a message, they nevercalled back. In short why would a business want to lose a $40 order over a $3 dollar coupon. Why wouldn't they do something tobe friendly and apologize for the coupon not working on-line and find some way to compensate me. Love this dominoes. They consistently turn out great pizza. The app also makes getting pizza from any dominoes a pleasure. This... location has a drive-thru as well as WiFi for those who dine-in. One time they messed up a carry out order (I should havechecked at the store but didn?t notice till I got home). One quick phone call and they quickly and happily made it right byputting a credit on my account for my next visit. The staff is always friendly and the new location/building looks nice. I?mespecially impressed with how clean they keep the dining area. Plenty of room inside to eat and they have some tables outside aswell. I go out of my way to choose this dominoes over others. Ordered thru the app and picked up at the window. Pizzas were delicious and service was friendly!
