Their service has gotten a lot worse, tables and seats were very sticky, very understaffed and their portion has shrunk. Price... stayed the same though. I wouldn't mind the portion staying the same and adding a bit extra to the price instead, barely was afilling meal. Read more
Fatz is my grandmothers favorite place to eat!! We came and had us a little lunch date and it was the best experience. Great... food, great service from Jade!!! Food was prepared amazing and was very flavorful. 10/10 would recommend. Great job Fatz!!! Read more
Came here for dinner last night. It was delicious! I had the BBQ Burger, hit the spot! They have some good rolls with... cinnamon butter. The server Star we had was nice and did a great job! The restaurant was clean and looks quite nice even fromthe outside. Read more
My chicken was paper thin and way overcooked, I received maybe a tablespoon on potatoes. My daughter's burger was also paper... thin and overcooked. The place was empty but yet it took 25 mins for our food and forever for our check , even asking forketchup involved a 6 min. wait. This is my 3rd visit, the first 2 were very good, so I'm hoping they are not going downhill. Iunderstand places are understaffed, but everytimr I looked I saw several staff sitting down talking to each other. Read more
Disgusting!! We should have gone with our first impression when you look at the front door and there so many handprints on the... glass at noon. There's no way that many people have been here and then you open the door to get a funky foot smell from thecarpet. We had to have them wipe the table again bc it was sticky. I asked the server what would you recommend? She said hmm...and started reading customer favorites from the menu. I said ok, but what do you recommend? She said I don't know. So we onlyordered appetizers..... My soup tasted like Campbell's soup dry parsley ( Nothing was fresh), the meatballs ( frozen), the saucewas not cooked from today, it was reheated and reused, and potato soup tasted as if they pureed mash potatoes. This restaurant itself is ok it?s not like a high end restaurant so it?s cool. Our waitress was really nice so that is always a... plus. The food was good the shrimp was a little more salty for my taste but nevertheless it was good. The bread and chicken wasdelicious! Read more
I had a good experience here. The waitress was nice and efficient (didn't even need a pad for the 6 of us). I ordered the sweet... and cheesy fried chicken sandwich. It was pretty good. The steak fries were okay (not a big fan of steak fries). I really didlove the rolls that were served after we sat down. It came with a honey and cinamon butter. They tasted like mini donuts lol.The place had a homely vibe to it. Read more
Absolutely the worst service I have received in a long time at a restaurant. To begin with the table was sticky and had a dirty... film on it. There was old dried condiments on the table and spilled salt and pepper that was stuck to the table it had beenthere so long. Then after ordering, 4 employees came and stood beside us at the bar talking so obnoxiously loud about gangshooting and personal life. They were so loud we couldn't have a conversation at the table. While waiting someone comes and sprays glade spray behind the bar which started giving me a headache. Why you think that is appropraite while customers who mayhave sensitivity or allergies I definitely do not understand. We ordered an appetizer and when it came out we asked for plateswhich were soaked in water. We bite into the appetizer and it is ice cold. At this point we just got up and told them to cancelour order we were leaving. Definitely will not be returning. Now I understand why the place was practically empty. Read more
