Rude employees. Always have a nasty attitude. Talks over you . A women got upset because I ordered 3 happy meals and 2 big Mac... meals kept asking are u done? Then when I go up to the window they throw change at you and slam the door. They need to hire somerespectful workers instead of nasty rude kids. I wish I could give no stars. Filthy and rude! Let me preface this with saying I Love McDonald's and by Love I mean went on a... stretch where I went every day for a year to do schoolwork, work, etc. I've been to every McDonald's in my home city, and placesI've worked and this is by far the worst I've ever been at. It's always dirty, it's entrance looks like a jail entrance, itsatmosphere is freezing despite the fact it's fall. The drinks are always out, and the orders are typical wrong. Just went through the drive thru, went to pay at the first window, and there were people just socializing and looking at me, so... I figured that we were paying at the second window. I pull up and the MANAGER starts screaming out the first window how much Iowe, when I get to the second window she says I have to go around and wait in line again to pay at the first window. About three weeks ago I had my favorite chicken sandwich here. The texture of the meat was rubbery and after two bites I was... disgusted. I haven't been able to eat chicken ever since and don't know when I will ever be able to. Read more
Got there at 11am they just switched over to lunch. Ordered a happy meal. They used old oil to make the nuggets so it tasted... burnt. And the fries was over cooked unsalted too. I come to Mcdonald bc I like their perfectly cooked fries and the amount ofsalt the put in but today here was a failure. I feel like they just switched over to lunch so they rushed out our food and hadno quality. I am patiently waiting so I aspect quality food when it comes out. Read more
Drove through to get coffee this morning for work and after sitting for 5 minutes, the lady rudely told me their "system was... down", but when I drove by, they were all inside on their phones, seemed like they just didn't want to take any orders. This isnot the first time I've had issues with the 3rd shift crew. 3rd shift has the worst customer service, would give zero stars if Icould. McDonald's needs to do better, train your employees on customer service, clearly they don't get the job done right. I'vedone customer service for 10 years, it's not that hard to do your job. Came in for soft serve ice cream. This is a interactive store. Dining space is also nicely appointed.
Two different burgers. I can not make this up. Ridiculous. Management allows this? Is this acceptable?
