This is one of the absolute worst McDonald's there is. It's the only one where you get food poisoning from along with clear... plastic in your burger, if you even get a patty on your burger at all. The patties we got tonight were completely raw. They areextremely rude and dress code is unprofessional and nasty, the store is disgusting and smells as well. It needs to be shut downand everyone at that store terminated for their nastiness and for being so rude and unprofessional, no customer service at all. Read more
Took my granddaughter by to get a happy meal after the game in Charlotte on Sunday. Also ordered one for her sister who was... already at home. I was very tired. The order was $5 and some change. I gave him a $10 and the change. The card reader was down.I thought it was not the right price. Was given two 4 piece nuggets in a bag, a milk and a juice, no fries. I drive off. Did Isay I was tired. Drove back around asked where the box and toy was. Guy at pay window said nothing about the change, but told meto see the manager at the next window. She handed me a bag with mini fries. I asked about the box and toy. So she gave me that.I got down the road a ways and realized I never got my change. When I called whoever answered the phone asked, Are you the ladythat forgot her change. I said yes. Of course I didn't get a receipt. She said she would count her drawer at shift end and callme. No call. I called back this afternoon, of course no drawer was over. The most upsetting part of my visit was that throughthe drive thru window I could see a toddler of about 2-3 yrs old running behind the counter. I believe she was the child of anemployee, or the child of a friend of the manager. Totally unacceptable. Read more
Not only have I had bad experiences as a customer, but I just had a bad interaction with the manager as a doordash driver.... Customer plainly stated on the app for me to visually confirm the order was correct. As I start to open the bag, the manager onduty, who's sitting at table conducting an interview, tells me I'm not allowed to do that. I explain that customer requested itand he responds that they won't be able to fix it if it's incorrect and that I should know better. Having 30 years restaurantexperience, I do understand health codes and liability. But as a dasher, I work for the customer, not McDonald's. Maybe if yourestablishment didn't have a reputation for horrible customer service and messing up orders, customers would trust you to packageorder correctly and not have me check behind you. For example, on same order, customers had me pick up from taco bell first, butwith no special instructions to inspect order. That's sad when the taco bell in town has a better reputation than yourestablishment. Read more

The person taking my order was very rude and sighed in frustration when I asked what flavors were available for Iced Coffee. So,... I suppose in retaliation for asking about coffee flavors they put coffee and caramel syrup in my sweet tea. How immature can yoube? Maybe I'm the idiot for expecting better for McDonald's. Read more
Female manager was super rude. I ordered a 40 piece chicken nugget and she gave me 2 bbq when I asked for more she refused
