At 5:30 pm in the afternoon, my wife/I waited in the drive-thru line 45 minutes to be told at the menu board when ordering, they... were out of chili. The restaurant is obviously understaffed, but who runs out of an item during peak hours? This the 2nd timethat this has happened. The dining room was also closed @ 5:30. This place is really going downhill. Went inside and waited at the register forever. The woman working the register was rude.... There were huge puddles of water on the floor around the drink machines and no wet floor sign in site. The floors that weren'tcovered in water were sticky. The service at the drive thru is just as bad. The lines take forever and the customer service isnon-existent. Read more

Was in drive thru got wrong sandwich, fries were hard and just warm, asked for sour cream for chili, got none. Got no napkins,... no straw, and no receipt. I am a senior and it is raining. Got home before found mistakes. Read more

I just went to Wendy's in Lincolnton and I ordered Bacon Pub burger and A cheeseburger kids meal. When I got home,they had given... me a chicken sandwich and a kids meal with no cheeseburger. I kept trying to call and it wouldn't ring through. The young ladytaking orders at drive through was making fun of how one of the customers was trying to order their food. I always check my foodbefore I leave,but I was in a rush because my grandson was ready to eat. They got me this time. But,won't get me again! Read more

S L O W - Service was sooooo sloooooow. There was only one lady inside that I could see both cooking and taking orders. They had... a huge sign inside the window that said: Help, this place sucks, tell them we need a raise. It appears the owners and managementdon't care about their employees. I waited nearly 20 minutes. A dozen or so cars left the drive thru. They are losing a ton ofbusiness. Read more

Slowest fast food ever! In a drive thru line for 30 mins before ordering. Then at the speaker for 15 minutes. Then again at the... window for 10 minutes. At 4:15 in the afternoon? Signs say our dining room is open...it is not! Read more

I am thoroughly impressed with how they managed to screw almost everything up. We ordered a burger meal and a $5 biggie bag... (double stack). At the bottom of the bag we?re the burgers fries, squished by the two burgers, to the point where the fry holderlooked like a pancake. The $5 biggie bag was missing half of the top bun and didn?t even have two meat patty?s. With thenuggets, we asked for sauce and did not get any. Instead of Dr. Pepper we received a coke, instead of sweet tea we receivedfountain tea. This place either needs new management or better training for their workers. I doubt they even care about theirdrive thru time, expect to spend a HOT MINUTE waiting for awful food. Read more

Hate to leave bad reviews, but I felt it necessary considering I've been here a few times and prices continue to increase. Last... week I came and went to order inside and the cashier was the most incredibly rude person I've had in a dining experience. Iasked if certain things were available and was met with an attitude. Anything that I needed seemed like a chore. You know, likeputting my order to go like I asked In the beginning. And when I asked if I could have it in a bag she just threw it on thecounter and walked away. Mind you, I always try to be courteous to fast food workers and not ask for too much because I knowthe jobs are tough. But the reaction I got was completely out of line. Out of all the Wendy's I've been to this one takes thelongest And the order is usually not correct. I'm not sure what's going on in there but I believe a higher up manager shouldstep in. Read more
