Don't go in for takeout. Because the food is hotter if you order online through delivery service. I bought a chicken sandwich... that had 2 strips of bacon and 1 slice of America cheese. Drove less than 1 minute away and had to microwave the fries andsandwich. Not to mention the night I ordered 10 wings and waited about 45 min and got home cold blooded. The Zaxby's location inLincolnton is done in the near future. We have a choice. Whoever the franchise owner is shut it down and retrain everyone. Onestar is too good today! Read more

Drive thru was very fast. Just wanted a 4 fingers plate and a coke. I pull up and pay and get my stuff and go on to work and get... ready to eat. They gave me the wrong drink, no sauce, barely any fries and my chicken was cold and chewy ???? I even tried everypiece to see if maybe it was a fluke piece of chicken and it was all of it. Absolutely a joke it took 35 minutes to get me food while 8 cars went through the drive thru. I will not go back

Order 3 ranch sauces, I paid for them. Not in the order! Wimpy sauce for the tenders, guess what, none on them! It?s simple... instructions, it?s on the ticket. $15 an hour, yeah right, I will NEVER order from here again, crazy you can?t even read aticket. Read more

I am not usually a person to leave a bad review, and I try to give a business several chances, but I have had poor food and... service the last 3 times I've been to Zaxby's in Lincolnton. I've tried drive thru as well as placing an online order andpicking it up. I waited 35-40 minutes of my lunch hour today on my food and it was burnt and had the wrong sauce on it. I had nochoice but to eat what I could or starve today on my lunch hour. I've wasted so much money there and I have always lovedZaxby's! I do hope it gets better. Read more
