It was our first time ever here. Food was great. The live music wish it could be more frequently. My wife was concerned at one... point because she felt the floors were too slippery when we were dancing later in the evening. But then again we did not bringhere salsa shoes with us, forgot. IT IS THE GREATEST PLACE! BEAUTIFUL LIVE MUSIC, DANCING, DELICIOUS FOOD, TOP NOTCH SERVICE AND EVEN MORE BEAUTIFUL FRIENDLY... PEOPLE! It was my best friends birthday dinner. Food is excellent, if they get your order right . And even if not. Service mediocre. Music superb. Did not understand promotions... during musical events and waitstaff was also unclear. Has everything needed for excellence. Just need to pay more attention todetail with TLC Read more
The level of customer service was nowhere near where it needed to be. I have been to the city locations many of times (delicious... and the service is great!) and was excited to try this location out because of the live music. We arrived and were not greetedand were not given a time frame for the wait. When my in-laws arrived after us, they stated our wait was to start over since wewere not all there yet still not given a specific time frame for wait time. We walked right over to the Red Lobster. Let me start by saying the food is delicious! Everything was had tasted amazing! However, they're incredibly unequipped to... handle busy days. We came here for lunch at 1:45 and now are entering hour three of being here. It took an hour to get ourappetizer, we had to clear our own appetizer plates, our main course of food to 1.5 hours to appear and we just had to huntsomeone down to both give us a dessert menu and then take our order. I even peeked into the kitchen and the cake was sittingfinished right there—no one put in our dessert order to give us a slice. We then had to hunt someone down after another 20minutes just to get our check. We were offered no apology or explanation the entire time we were there. I understand it wasbusy, but it was just such a terrible experience. It was just all around frustrating. Just stay away on any holiday unless youhave multiple hours to kill. Read more
