You don?t get customer service like this anymore. My wife ordered us 2 sandwich meals on Memorial Day weekend to be delivered.... Our order arrived and we didn?t receive the chips or drinks. I called and spoke with the general manager just to adjust theprice for 2 sandwiches and don?t worry about the chips and drinks. He immediately asked for our address and drove it to uswithin 10 minutes, apologized and handed me a card for a free sandwich next time. He could have easily refunded us over thephone but he went above and beyond. You don?t see that these days. We are now Lincroft jersey Mike?s Lifer?s!!!! Read more
