Slightly worst meal ever! Service was great but the food was terrible. Steak was suppose to be a 10 Oz steak yet I ended up with... what only I can assume was a 3 Oz steak. Would love to add the picture of it on here. When I said something about it to both theserver and manager I was told I'm sorry and asked if I would like another as if it was known that that one was tiny. Not realsure how to handle this. Not really mad but highly disappointed in Chili's. Never had a bad experience here until this meal. Read more
I ordered pickup via the app. Cajun shrimp and chicken tasted bad. My wife only ate a few bites and couldn't eat another bite.... Wings tasted funny. The bun on my burger was half burnt. The artichoke dip was more like the topping for fajitas. The redsalsa was really a red sauce. Worst experience ever. Read more

glasses girl did not give good service. i waited 1 and 1/2 hour for refills & my soup was half empty. left over queso from the... last family was on my table. it was yummy.???? Read more
Came in and meet hubby around 1:00 and was greeted around 1:15, then she came back to us at 1:35 to take our order. I understand... we chose to sit in the bar and there seem to only be 2 servers in the bar area, but there was only us & 3 other customers in theentire bar area and the other server visited her table several times, even stopped to answer a couple of our questions. Wereceived our order at 1:57, which seemed like a long time frame from the time she took our order. That was one lost star becauseshe only checked on our beverages once, and took 20+ minutes to take our order. Once our food arrived (quesadilla explosionsalad & Alex's Santa fe burger), I began looking for my Avocado that was an extra $1 and just assumed they forgot to add it. Thefood was tasty, so that's why there's 3 stars! However I took away another star because I finally found the 3 slivers of Avocadothat were smaller than my fork (pic included). For an extra $1, I was thinking it would be 4 good size slices at least lol. Theburger seemed a bit dry as well. I understand things are different right now & businesses are struggling, but that's even moreof a reason for them to be on their best game for every customer, because I assure you without customers, the business will notsurvive. It'll probably be awhile for us to give this location another shot, but hopefully when we do, service will be better. Read more
I ordered curbside and she came out as soon as I pulled in and my order was ready and it was hot and steamy. Only downside is... when I got home I had no tortillas for my fajitas. Luckily I have some at home so they get a ding for that. I like how theextras have their own little compartments instead of a bunch of little cups nice Improvement. Read more
Waitress was a little shy but for the most part she at least got our drinks correct and our food came out super hot and tasted... amazing. We went with the big mouth burgers, we got the Alex Santa Fe and the mushroom Swiss burgers, both were absolutelyamazing. I also ordered a coconut margarita being that it was my birthday, and it was an incredible treat, made perfect! Haven?tbeen here in awhile, but will definitely be back soon! Read more
What happened to the food at Chillis in the last 5 years?! Everything is fried. Everything is clearly frozen and recooked or... reheated. Flavor is absent in most dishes or old ingredients are hidden behind a mound of sodium. The menu is tiny. There areZERO healthy options. Even my two kids loathed their food. It never used to be this way. We are super disappointed. Read more
