If I could give zero stars I would. Their sign says 1 am closing time. I showed up to the property at 12:19 I had been on hold... for over an hour. No one answered. The lights were off online it states they close at 1 am and and an employee walked up to thecounter to see who pulled up and walked away. It?s false advertisement. This place needs new management and this comes from amanager for a good franchise. I honestdont think dominos has any idea their manager is closing earlier than the advertised time.I guess my money wasn?t green enough for them. Read more
That heavy set guy with the beard (manager)shuts down the store every sunday an hour before it's time to close. Shuts off the... internet too. I will be getting ahold of mac to fix this problem. Hopefully they fire him and replace him with someone who hasbrains!!! Read more
I was blown off. Not once but three times. I was told that the delivery wait time was two hours. I tried to make a delivery... order online and over the phone at around 11:45 -11:50. PM I was directed to a manager but left on hold for 45 min. Not thefirst time this has happened. But as being the only pizza place to stay open this late i am very disappointed. We ordered pick up and there was 1 hour 45 minute wait. We went to pick up within 30 minutes and our entire order was ready.... :) Communication can be improved. The pizza was great. I have re-evaluated my review below because I don't know, there isn't much competition here in Lindale? Anyway, I beat my... principles from the previous bad experience (see below) into submission and tried the Lindale Dominos again. I was pleased whenthey got the order right and was happy to find the quality had improved as well. My order arrived hot, on time, and with theright ingredients. The pizza was excellent, and I have since placed several orders. Subsequent food orders have kept to thisnew standard. If you are going to order pizza for delivery in Lindale, Dominos is who you should call. Original review in 2017- Used to be pretty good but this is the second time I have ordered extra pineapple and got none.. zero.. not one. If I could rate no stars I would. First I order the philly cheese steak sandwich and pay extra for extra steak. Then in return... I receive 2-3 slices of paper thin steak that didnt even cover all the bread. Now I order a philly steak and mushroom pasta andreceive one mushroom and 2 slices of steak. Buyer beware. Complete rip off. Avoid this store at all costs. I only went herebecause pizza hut was closed already. I drove to the store because I wasnt going to pay for the pasta. I asked them to eithermake one how its supposed to be made or not charge me. They remake it and put the same amount of ingredients all at the top. Iguess they think im an idiot. So for $32 I receive some chicken nuggets, some bread, and a half assed pasta. Instead I couldhave went out and had a nice steak dinner with a friend for the same price.
