My husband and I just ordered here through the app and waited an hour to get the food (the mobile app said the order would be... ready in 20 minutes) only for the food to not only be incorrect, but also cold. And we weren?t the only ones that were upset.Next time y?all are so short staffed that you only have one cook, I?d suggest closing the store for that day so that customersaren?t wasting their money on cold food and incorrect orders. Stopped in to this IHOP during one of my travels early one morning. 4 adults in my bunch. Before leaving town I met up with family at this IHOP. When my sister inquired about where the coffee carafes were our server... informed us that they no longer had them instead she promptly stated that IHOP provides "barbie doll cups then they run you todeath." She was funny and and provided quick service. It had been a stressful week, but our server (name tag "Superstar" if Iremember correctly) made the day. As everyone who has ever done a road trip knows, IHOP can be a hit or miss situation. I have to say, this IHOP was an absolute... hit. We were seated immediately and the service was fantastic. When we ordered a dish with no dairy, our server went out of herway to make sure it was cooked perfectly and even made sure we got double vegetables. My coffee was always hot and full, withconstant refills of our ice water. My spinach & mushroom omelette was fantastic, my older daughter loved her spicy poblanoburrito, and our youngest was delighted by her French toast combo. Read more
A wonderful morning and excellent attention that Mrs. Cora gave us, speed, kindness, generosity, excellent service. oh and I... also want to express something, I forgot my yellow jacket and she had that hostility to be so kind, generous and very honestsince I had money in my pocket. I called IHOPE to claim my forgetfulness and Mrs. Cora had the kindness and generosity to sendit to my home since I live in the south of Louisiana and indeed my yellow jacket arrived on Thursday, November 17.
