This just happened as of right now. I come in to eat for a table of two, just a table of 2. They was busy yes, but a table of 6... was waiting and I was right after that table of 6, the hostess, the bigger lady that?s normally at the front was very very rudeabout us getting situated before the table of 6, it?s cool I don?t mind waiting after them. When another table of 2 walks in afew minutes after I did and the bigger lady hostess but their name before mine, and when it came time to sit us down, the biggerlady made sure that they got sat down when she knew that we was there long before they was and she was rude about it all. Neverhave I ever walked out of this restaurant but if that?s how you?re going to handle your customers then you don?t need my moneythat bad. And this ain?t the first time I have delt with her rudeness and poor customer service before, but tonight cut it forme. Read more
Every single dish I have ever ordered from here has been amazing. The Chicken Murphey dish, I believe is the absolute best. But... this review is mainly for their soup. Wow the food here was excellent! We loved it! Even my mom who is nauseous from chemotherapy was able to eat until full. ... Finally got some good calories into her. Not only that, all of our food was prepared very well... My shrimp were big and so soyummy! The service was also excellent. My new favorite place in all of Lindale! Eaten here twice now. Delicious! A++ for restaurant cleanliness which is priority in my opinion. Food was hot, service was... exceptional too (Nickie). I?m a mom of two?restaurant has ample high chairs, boosters, styrofoam cups with lids, and yummycheese pizza, plus bread when you first sit down which is helpful for hungry littles. I enjoyed my experience here. They were friendly and the food was good. We were visiting Tyler State Park and wanted a nice,... hearty meal after some hiking. We ordered the lunch special spinach lasagna and manicotti, both vegetarian options. They camewith rolls and a small salad that contained iceberg lettuce, a pepper, and a tomato slice. I got the house tomato vinaigrettedressing. It sounded so odd, but it was really good. I did not expect to enjoy it, but I ended up dipping the rolls into it. Wealso had waters to drink. Our bill came out to just over $20 for two people. We were satisfied with our experience. The onlything I would change is to add some sound dampers on the walls, as it was quite loud. Read more
