Grease old, soda flat, and the cook must of thought I ordered the soup, literally put so much sauce on my sandwich it fell apart... in my hand. Also... was barely warm, and no where near hot. Only positive was I didn't have to wait to get my food cause Iordered ahead on the app... no wait... even that didnt happen, waited 12 minutes for a sandwich that was ordered ahead and eventhough I had to wait wasnt hot... and I was the only car here. I love this Whataburger! The staff is great and they always have a smile for you. The food here is better than most Whataburger... restaurants I have been to. One more thing that never happens at any other Whataburger you won't spend over 10 min in line here.They are great. Read more

Got there and ordered just fine, waited about 25 minutes just to get to the window(granted it was 2:30am so I wasn?t expecting... it to be fast). I got to the window and they said they can?t take 100s past 10pm and they held my food for me so I went to 7/11and broke it. Came back and sat in the line for another 45 minutes before getting my food. Never going back again. Read more
Staff didn't even try to make the food right. Came home from the Kevin Hart event in Dallas. It's midnight. Pretty slow for the... workers. I was told no shakes by the cashier, so we order. I can NOT stand the cheap, egg liquid carton they use.. so Iordered: 2 taquitos with shelled eggs. Honey butter chicken biscuit with a LARGE SALTY FRY. They still used the grosseggs. They gave us HALF of a hash brown. The biscuit barely had any honey butter at all. My wife's favorite fast food is theirfries so we got home and were both disappointed. Staff didn't even try to make the food right. They were far from busy and Iwas perfectly patient, just clearly wanting to go to sleep. I'll just go to Panda Express more often now???? Great customer service and atmosphere. The food was okay, but it was my first Whataburger experience so I don't have anything... else to compare it to. Took my nieces and they loved it tho. Read more
