Fries are always cold. They skimp on the pickles on a burger or sandwich. Two pickles is not enough
Incredibly disappointed with the management. First, an older couple walked in to order and approached the counter. They were... immediately told, by the manager, that the counter was closed and they needed to use the kiosk. They attempted and gotfrustrated and started to walk out. I jumped up and assisted. They of course were paying cash and made the lady stand at thecounter for several minutes before acknowledging her. Another customer walked in and used the kiosk to order a drink thenproceeded to stand and wait to be finally be acknowledged only to be told it was serve yourself. Then immediately following at624 the manager told the staff to lock the doors and close the lobby. At 624pm!! There were several guest in the restaurant andseveral attempted entering only to be met with locked doors. The problem was not with the team but with the leadership. Ibelieve the managers name was Zach, I could be wrong but he must have been late to work as the other manager was complainingabout him not being there. The manager chose not to serve customers, chose to lock the doors and appeared to be operate in asense of chaos. The staff all seemed well composed just misguided. One young lady was restocking things like whip crème etc.perhaps that would be better done before a dinner rush. When I finally left, I noticed there were 7 cars in the drive through.Just seemed like a manager who was overwhelmed and in the wrong role. Read more
Every single time I go here they mess up something on my order and the last time I told them they forgot one of my Mac sauces... and they told me there was enough in the one container for two and there definitely wasn?t terrible terrible experience 10-5-22 Read more

Not sure what happened to this place. Used to be one of the best but lately, not sure if new management but it's awful. I... witnessed a manager rudely interact with a customer who received a happy meal hamburger with no burger patty on it. Not nice inthe least, made excuses left and right and basically threw a new burger at her. Wth? I had a mobile order fail, no biggie, wentin to inquire and that took about 20 minutes to get someone to come to the counter. Then without a care in the world, just saidnope we didn't get it and walked away. Manager standing right there as well with an young adult looking at me like I had 3heads. I just left and went to the nearest one instead. It was not bust at all either. I'm super understanding on how it's hardto find help but the manager is the issue it seems. Placed an order for 3 big Macs and 2 large fries. Received equivalent of 1 large fries and 1 complete Big Mac. Called the... restaurant and was hung up on twice because Gary the manager said he bagged my order and everything was perfect. He never evengave me the chance to comment on the Big Macs. I understand that everyone is short handed and would prefer to wait a couplemore minutes to ensure properly made food. This visit was completely ridiculous!
