Hands down the worst Taco Bell I?ve ever been too. Not only do they consistently get my order wrong, making me drive all the way... back there after getting home with the food, the food always is made poorly. If you?re looking for consistency, look no further.The only consistency they are good at is making cold, crushed, and severely under portioned food. Thats assuming if they evenremember to give you your whole order. At first i gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they may have been under staffedbut then as i went back to have my oder fixed, I saw 8 employees there. And after getting my order fixed and getting home, theystill had managed to mess up my order AGAIN when remaking it. Toco bell food. If you like it, this is a good one to stop at. Steak buroteo was great. Mango whip was good also.
Every time I?ve come to this location the soft shells are stale and something is ALWAYS messed up with my order. Every single... time. Trust me I know finding help is hard but get it together. I?ll definitely be going out of my way to a different Taco Bellnext time. Read more
They close whenever they feel like it, run out of food frequently, you wait in line forever because they can?t help more than... one car at at time. Tonight?s visit took 30+ minutes to be told when I finally got to the speaker they were out of food. Mindyou I placed my order at 8:30 tonight a head of time but the people inside didn?t manually check in my order I was told eventhough I checked in and said I was there. I was told that they only had 2 employees. I understand they maybe short staffed butthat?s not on us as customers, we do not make their schedules! They also charged my account already because the order was placedahead of time so I?m also out $30+ dollars I guess. Do better! Read more
This is my hometown location. For the life of me, I can?t understand why my food is always semi soggy and sticks to the paper... they are wrapped in. I get it sometimes can happen, but other locations this isn?t even a problem. Are they just serving foodthat?s popular and just been sitting to customers versus making fresh?, I?m not sure. If they fix that problem, then they woulddefinitely be a 4 to 5 star location, providing they do a better job streamlining minor mistakes to orders. Read more
Probably one of the best taco bells in the area, they always get my order right, they're always friendly, and the food is what... should be expected. It's funny how they're so good but the McDonald's next to them has never gotten a single one of my ordersright. Obviously they have good management/team. Read more
I live nearby and have gone here frequently since they first opened. Sometimes (shamefully) more than once a week. I?ve never... had a long wait in the drive through unless it was during dinner-rush, which is to be expected when there?s 10+ cars in front ofyou and more pulling in behind you by the second. I?ve always had a pleasant experience, even when I?ve pulled in minutes beforeclose. Staff has always been pleasant, never once have they messed up an order (but we don?t specialize anything either)everything is always hot and fresh. I?ve never had food poisoning either. Read more
I've gone to this TB and waited in line for about 10 minutes with someone behind me only to be told they were closing early and... they would not take my order. They have been out of items like rootbeer and only told me when I was at the window to pick up theorder. Last time there it took several attempts to get my order right when all I was doing was asking for a large drink insteadof a medium. My order still was wrong (came with tomatoes when I asked for no tomatoes). And although staff are typicallyfriendly, they always seem short staffed. If this TB wasn't the closest to my house, I would avoid it. I hope they can make acomeback as they use to be awesome. Read more
