My husband and I have been to this location multiple times. It was always good! However, on this day we had the best service I... can recall getting anywhere recently. Our server Rich was the most friendly attentive and caring person. He made sure the foodcame out in perfect order... the timing of it was outstanding... all of the recommendations he made wether in drinks food ordessert was absolutely spot on. Food and drinks take forever to arrive. Had to ask for water multiple times because none of the waiters ever listens :/ food is... what you would expect (salty, greasy, and maybe microwaved??) on top of that I was overcharged twice. The manager is nice andshe always comes to apologize but that just makes you feel bad at the end because it?s always the same pattern every time I comehere?.:( I?ve been here 3 times because it was convenient but will probably never come back. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT ATTEND THIS RESTAURANT!!! THEY SERVED MY 14 YEAR OLD SISTER A CHEESE BURGER WITH MOLD AND HAD NO CARE... OR CONCERN. Lazy service. Waitress barely came by. She rushed past us and had the bill before we said we were done. I asked for a burger... plain and it came out with everything on it. Asked for a new one and they just went to the back and took the things off. I?mallergic to one of the ingredients and could still taste it. Obviously if it was an option to take the items off, I would?ve butI can?t eat one of those things.
