Got the order so wrong it?s scary will never eat here again disappointed. After the meal i was served I was disappointed, let... down, traumatized, and quite frankly sickened. The chicken was second no third grade, so dry it left me dehydrated and theserver got half of the order wrong so I sat in my care eating 3 tenders with fries. Read more
The seasoned fries were lukewarm and not fresh, hot, and crispy. Nearly one-half of the fries were not even served in the fry... carton. It seems like just because the store was within one hour of closing, the crew just served what it had available and toget rid of it. There are a whole bunch of checkers in New Jersey that are way closer to where I live but this is the only one you can order... through the app. Due to that convenience, I only visit this location when I am driving through the area and avoid the other onessince I never have to wait long, guess about prices, etc. thanks! Very bad experience, took my daughter to get food at 9.50pm and saw online that there was a coupon for free fries. I showed it... to the cashier who called a female to help apply the coupon... im gessing her name is Victoria and she did not want to add thecoupon and got a very nasty attitude and complained that they were getting ready to close when supposedly they close at 11pm andthat I was holding up the line... her words "come on man, couldnt you look at the thos before you ordered, we are getting readyto close man... tssss" Very bad experience and killed what was supposed to be a good time for food just because of theirattitude. One of the cooks also said "come on papa" because of me supposedly holdong them up. Very bad customer service...should not be in customer related activities at all. Workers were also not wearing facemasks at all and also using the n wordamongst them in front of customers. i might as well have just paid $6 for bread. I ordered the 2 for $6 Cheesesteaks and got almost no meat on some bread with... little cheese. I dont like to a give a negative review to a business but this is just absurd. I would've brought the food backif i had seen this earlier and wasnt already home. Read more
Hands down, THE BEST fast food fries ever. They're called "seasoned" fries, but don't let that scare you off. They aren't spicy... at all. Burgers are awesome, the chili dog is to die for. Ages ago, they used to have apple nuggets (imagine little, bite-sizedfried apple pies), but they've since been replaced by cinnamon apple pie, which is good, but certainly not as awesome as theapple nuggets were. There's always parking here, but you're never really going to use it since the only seating is outdoors(there is no indoor dining room) and the tables and chairs aren't all that comfortable. Since their primary focus is drivethru, they have twin drive-thrus, which means there's almost never a wait. Service is fast and professional. The one thing Idislike is that if you pay by credit card, there seems to be only one machine in the store and it's not by the drive thrus, sothe person has to disappear for a while with your credit card. I've never had a problem with that, but my own paranoia aboutcredit card safety kicks in whenever my credit card is out of sight. I'm shocked that this chain is not bigger in this area.Even more shocked that the only other Checkers within a reasonable driving distance (Union, NJ) closed down about 2 years ago,making this Linden location the only place within about 30 minutes to experience what I consider to be the best fast food.
