so disappointed. came in on a sunday evening. my bf and i got 2 SMALL ice creams. One person made both and mine was first and... was melted and soupy. Couldnt even enjoy my ice cream when i left. Visited on 8/21 and Sarah was amazing! Great customer service & ensured our order was correct. & She made my waffle bowl fresh.
Expensive and the menu prices aren't updated so it's actually a dollar more when you pay. Oh, and the taste is mid.
I am not the person to give bad reviews about businesses, but unfortunately I have to leave one about this place. I was very... unhappy with my order today and the customer service was really poor. It is now 2:16pm and I am waiting to be served. I have been here since 1:49pm in which I went out two different times to my car... as the attendant said he would be right with me, apparently doing online orders or pickups and also the planet smoothielocation. There are only a handful of people that have been served, so clearly not enough people...poor guy doing everything byhimself but I think it?s kind of crazy to wait nearly 30 minutes for an ice cream when there are no lines.
