The 3 people working tonight went way above and beyond for me. Their customer service was outstandingly professional and I... couldn't have been in better hands. They treated me like family the moment I entered to order a personal pan pizza. They areworking their behinds off with a lot of orders, but still made me feel like the only customer their despite their workload.PLEASE, If you have a Dominos craving, stop into this branch ASAP! Alright, second time ordering from here. First time they took more than 2 hours to bring my order. Today 6/18 I gave this store... a second chance, and again they didn?t fail to do a horrible job. 35 minutes and they didn?t even prep my pizza. When I calledthe guy didn?t even care like if it ok for them to take that long. When online they say that u will get ur delivery in 30 min. Idon?t spect to get it right on the 30 minutes but come on it?s been 35 min and haven?t even been prepped. The guy didn?t carewhen I called and he said they was just getting to the store so god know what time I was gonna get my pizza. Horrible place andwill never order from here for sure. Read more
Over and over again, I've been ordering from this place for six years, and it never gets any better. My most recent order was... more than an hour and a half ago, and it's still in the "prep" stage. If they don't have somebody to deliver your order, theywon't call you to let you know. They also won't answer the phone if you call to find out what is taking so long. They WILL NOToffer any compensation for inconvenience, and if your family is hungry, too bad. I'll be looking to contact corporate. Enough isenough. Read more
I wish I could give this establishment a zero star. I have been trying to give this place so many chances it?s not even funny. I... use to try and order during lunch time which is about 12pm. After waiting an hour and me calling many time I was told theyweren?t doing delivery only carry out. The last straw I order my pizza at 7:35pm after an hour and not receiving my pizza Itried to contact the store to find out where my pizza was to no avail no one answered the phone. I spent my last 20.00 becausemy son wanted pizza. I had no way of canceling the order so I can order somewhere else and no way of getting to the store totalk to someone. After close to 3hrs of waiting the pizza came cold. Very disappointing and frustrating this dominos needs to beshut down until they can be better staff and better customer service. Update: By the time we drove to the location someone was on the way to our home. We got the pizza after the store was Closed.... They need lots of training and lots of help only 1 person found here when we arrived. I strongly suggest they consider Carryout only until they are able to hire adequate help. Original: I have ordered from this location several times. Generally theyare always late takes a hour or long or I get there is no delivery person. However tonight after several phone calls and now noanswer at all. They charged me and never delivered. I called around 1130 when it said it was delivered but we were actuallysitting outside. The stated that the person was calling the wrong number and was on their way to deliver. Now no answer and theywill be closing soon it's been almost 2 hours. This is just unacceptable if you make a error then just cancel the order or havethe courtesy to tell a repeat customer you are not delivering. Read more
OMGGG! This Dominoes definitely didn?t disappoint me! We ordered some food and a few of the items were missing or not what we... ordered.
