Seriously DISAPPOINTED at my order , im a big fan at dunkin even order off the app as well and just brought a caramel craze iced... latte and i end up recieving a regular iced coffee i am HIGHLY disappointed i am not recieiving the proper customer service. Not the worst DD I have been to, but definitely not great. Cold brew is super diluted, and I ordered it black. **Management... needs to spend time teaching employees safe food handling. The guy put gloves on to handle my food, but then pulled out hisphone and opened the register/handled cash, before going back to my food. It's a brand so you can't go wrong BUT it can still not be up to par. They're hours are always all over the place so I could... never figure out when to come there.
