Place is dirty and I ordered a food left over meat was placed in the legumes , the meat was not cooked on the day .

So I went in to order an oxtail, some fry fish and some bonbon siro because the sign on the building mentioned Bakery. We had... already placed the oder, I told my husband to ask about the bonbon and if we could add it to our order. There was 2 ladiesworking in the front, one was very rude she told me They couldn't take an extra order of plantains because they were very busywhich I understood. My husband asked the other lady if they had some bonbon siro she answered back "yes you would have to cometo my house for it". I had to tell her that it was very unprofessional. I mean maybe she's selling something else other thanfood and is looking for new clients. She also had the audacity to ask me if I am getting jealous. I was shocked by this lady'saction today. I will never stepfoot by that restaurant again whiles visiting family in New Jersey. Read more

The worst customer service ever. They girls in the front are just plan rude and lack common courtesy and respect. You can order... in advance and still wait 20 upon arrival. They act like they are doing you a favor by placing an order. There was an olderwoman bilingual early last yr. They need to bring her back. She knows how to run a business it?s unfortunate bc the food isactually decent but the attitudes are so unbecoming. Read more

I'm often disappointed by the Caribbean food here in the States--it is almost never as flavorful as what you get in the... islands...I recently stopped in to Kinanm on other business and smelled the wonderful aroma of the food. The owner kindly let mesample some food and....my quest to find good Caribbean food in NJ has ended! Flavorful, hearty, and fresh, generous portions,too...I will definitely be back. IF YOU HAVE NEVER HAD HAITIAN FOOD & YOU LIVE NEAR LINDEN, NJ, I RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT. The food here was awesome. They make... one of the BEST Soursop shakes(recommended by a local). And I must say the customer service was very good here. The places have RATS, and I find ROACHES in one of my food. I honestly would not recommend eating there even to my worst... enemies. Please I am very close with a former worker there, mentioned this place is feeding people leftovers food for days. Ihope the food inspection in jersey catch up to them and make them pay a big fine and close this restaurant down. Read more

We ordered conch large for $30.00, when we got home. The dish had shrimp. The restaurant never asked us if we wanted shrimp... included. ???? On basis of allergies ???? they failed to communicate and violation of food service industry standard. This ispoor management and food management. We uncovered the shrimp after my husband started to eat. We hope in the future that whenthey're substitute anything it is worth mentioning. ????????
