Ordered food for pickup through app on my phone so my husband could just stop and pick it up on his way home from work. I am... home sick with our little one who?s also sick and they said because my phone wasn?t there they couldn?t give him the food.Credit card was his name he had order number and everything. Owners must not care at all about their franchise. This place gives mcdonalds a bad name. It's a shame the workers are rude... very poor customer service and food quality. They all have on leggins and no worker looks professional at all. Place is horribleavoid at all cost. Read more

They can't get an order right if you paid them for it twice. I literally did and got the same wrong order and when they fixed... it, see the chicken sandwich I was served. THEY'RE TWO DIFFERENT SANDWICHES. They likely just handed me back the same one I sentback. The district manager doesn't care either. I tried that route. We came here for the first time and to our surprise this place looked awesome ???? lots of parking, drive thru, spacious, super... clean, brightly lit, and beautiful as compared to McDonalds in Michigan. We ordered through the touch screens... by the waythere are 4 of those. We loved it as it gave us time and clarity to look and think for the items we would like to add to ourorder and it was super easy and convenient. I ordered 2 Large fries, only received One!! Last time I visited MCDONALD'S I only received 1 hamburger patty on my Big Mac!!!
