The service is terrible. The staff are very unprofessional. I?ve placed an order on the app, according to the tracking it show... that the order was ready for pick up. As soon as I walked in, one Of the staff asked me if is for picked up and I said yea. Heasked me for the name and I said my name. After that he had trouble understanding me and he was rude. Then I showed him my phonethat I placed the order for. After that he said that the order will be ready in 7 minutes. And the app said that the order wasready for pick up. I ordered pizza from them. Normally, they are quick with their deliveries, but when I received my order it was an hour late and... the pizza was cold. I called the manager to see what was going on and to tell him if my pizza comes cold I want a refund or areplacement. He was extremely rude trying to make it seem as if he was correct! He told me he received my order by 7:40 anddeliveries are taking 40 minutes. That does not change the fact that I ordered at 7:37 and my pizza came at 8:34. Deliveries are quick even on weekends, pizza always taste great
Dough was flat tasted like flour no rise. No bbq sauce or cheese on the pizza topping was good the crust was so huge felt like... they topped the medium like a small to save money. Cheese sticks are still the same as I remember 15+ years ago. Read more
