The only semi negative thing I have to say is that the chicken sandwich that I ordered was good, but a bit salty from the... pickles. Also I'm not sure why not, but I didn't see anyone wearing gloves. However, I must say that I love this Wingstopbecause everytime I go there, it is not crowded and I don't have to wait long for my food. Worst wing stop ever. We ordered to eat in and waited over an hour. They were working in all the to do and delivery food while... half my order was sitting in a tray getting cold while they worked on other orders. The customer service was horrible, it seemedlike no one was doing their job at ensuring the customer is satisfied at all times. When we finally got our food it was not hotand the food quality was disappointing. Over an hour wait to eat cold food and dealing with rude workers. I do not recommendthis place to anyone , save yourself some time and stress and go elsewhere. Read more
I was so excited to try the chicken sandwich once it came out - you have the option to choose a flavor. Its a meal so chciken... sandwich fries and a drink. I had the mild chicken sandwich and may I tell you ..it was very good and for the first time I triedtheir nacho cheese with the fries and sandwich .. amazing. Read more
Food is great. The bilingual team that was hustling today to get that line out the door feed was amazing! Ownership should be... ashamed. Not the first time we run into this Problem there. Very understaffed and needs to be better managed. Read more
Placed a mobile order. When I got home two cities away my order was incomplete missing items. Called she said you can come back... really have you seen the gas prices then I asked her to adjust my cc I don?t know how I will have the manager call you. 1 hourlater called back and was told we are backed up and there is no manager today. Horrible customer service doordash doesn?t allow you to add extra comments I wanted atomic sauce on the side so I asked my... driver to ask for it on the side she said I have to pay so I called Wingstop and said I will give you my card for the 50 centextra side. This new location is decent. The workers are nice. Plus it's surrounded by alot of good stores like footlocker, a dollar store,... Walmart, Starbucks, taco bell, and more stores are being built. Very very NICE place to get all your shopping done. Across thestreet is shoprite, target, madrag, Michael's, Marshall's, checkers, and home depot. Read more
