Used the app but got behind someone who ordered for the whole office so it took a little longer. But was worth the wait!
I just got a refresher not even 10 minutes ago. 3 sips and it?s GONE. We literally paid for a cup full of ice. So annoyed. We?ll... never be returning to this Dunkin, will only be going to the one in Lock Haven from now on. I would give this place zero stars if I could.....but in order to leave a review I had to atleast pick one star. They have... completely unprofessional and rude staff members that can never seem to get your order right. The management will call theemployees "idiots" and yell at them in front of customers. I feel bad for the employees that have to endure that kind ofhostile work environment. Read more
The only Dunkinin our area that makes their own donuts, and you can tell the difference.
We walked in and there was a stack of furniture in front of the bathroom like the employees were in a Zombie Apocalypse. Coffee... was decent; I hope they make it in case we drive by again. Read more
At drive thru, ordered 2 hot chai tea lattes, asked for ?full? cups (normally are only 2/3 full) with no foam. Paid $8. Both... were 2/3 full, foamy & lukewarm! So annoying! I wanted to turn around but hubby wouldn?t let me. Same thing every time at thisLinden location--we return hoping it will get better but never does (and specifically requesting HOT, FULL, NO FOAM). My daughter and I ordered hot Pumpkin Spice Lattes. They brought them out iced. The person that waited on us told us that we... ordered iced (that is what he heard us say). Our receipt clearly said hot and he made a big deal about remaking them. We alsohad to come back through and wait in line because they gave us no straws. I won't stop at that Dunkin again. Read more
A quick coffee was needed during our drive. Clean restrooms and facility. Coffee was great and the donuts hit the spot.
