I was going to order for delivery but couldn't remember if they were the place that delivered outside city limits. I asked and... the lady answered no and was a tad snippy but ok. I was fine with that. I was planning on going in to pickup so I wanted to makemy order and she hung up on me. Very rude service. Read more
Took a group of 34 to eat here and right off the bat penalized for having a big party which you would think would be a blessing... but was charged an extra $1 a head. The pizza was under cooked and overcharged for salads($180 for maybe 20 salads) which costmore than the pizza itself. Doing the right thing is not that hard but they chose to take advantage of a situation to make upfor lack of customers. Terrible experience and would advise to stay away from this dive. Read more
The pizza is great. I used to go out of my way to order their pizza. The customer service is absolutely awful. Twice I have... called in an order for pick up and been told they were busy and it would take 30 minutes to prepare. When I get there, theycan't even find my ticket and no pizzas have been made. This last time was well into our pandemic and I'm wearing my mask, readyto go into a restaurant that has closed dine in service for health concerns and I find a family sitting down to eat, no one inthe building has a mask on and they don't have my order. The man that was on his phone more than he was helping with anythingspoke to the cook and got my pizza started. I wait. It gets rung up as $10.99 plus tax and I explained that I knew they had aspecial for my order for $9.99. They would not honor the exact paper they have advertising their specials on the counter. Iasked the man if he was the owner or manager and he chastised me for getting upset. Do you know what happens to a slightly upsetperson gets told to calm down? The opposite happens, so yes, they kept their pizza tonight and I won't be back. They're rude,incompetent, and will charge you more when they feel like it. Read more
