Love this Dunkin. The staff is friendly every morning, and the coffee is always just what I need! Never disappointed!
I stop at this Dunkin? frequently on my way to work. The morning crew is awesome! I order in the app and go through the drive... thru, sometimes the drive thru is long but they manage to make it go by so fast. Great teamwork! Read more
I go to this location every morning on my way to work. Usually love the service I get and the workers are funny especially... considering it?s early in the morning. For about the past month my service has been ehhh?A new employee (girl) at the drive thruis rude and always has an attitude like she doesn?t want to be there. I have visited this location numerous times and rarely have had an issue. This morning?s visit wasn?t one of those occasions.... The woman was very curt. Interrupted me as I was trying to order. And snapped at me when I asked for a ham, egg and cheese on anEnglish muffin. She informed me those were no longer available. Seemingly taking some sort of bizarre satisfaction that Icouldn?t get what I wanted. She also informed me of another low-cal option no longer being available. I question Dunkin? Donutsthought process especially as New Year resolutions are in full swing. They were also touting their new omelette bites?.2 for$4.99?? Obviously, they think they?re Starbucks all of the sudden. Sometimes the coffee is good and ready when I order ahead. Most of the time it is ready but I've had some not so good drinks. ... Im a huge fan of the cold brew. Sometimes I think they don't add the right amount of sugar. A few times they have forgotten thecold foam. BTW if you haven't tried it I highly suggest it. Every time I purchase a cup of coffee from your drive thru the coffee is either leaking with coffee dripping all over my clothes... and my car. Once the cashier spilled almost a whole cup of coffee in my car because the lid was defective. Read more
