This was a large catering order which I ordered directly with the manager a little over a week before the event. It was... supposed to be 18lbs of beef 20 loaves bread, 90 pcs chicken, 2 pans of mostaccoli, 1 pan of house salad, 10 lbs potato saladand tray of garlic bread. When the order arrived it was not all correct. The driver said I needed to call and talk to themanager as he only drives and is not responsible for the food. When I called to talk to the manager he kept telling me that?swhat I ordered. Never once did I say anything about spaghetti or Cesar Salad which is what I received instead of house salad ormostaccoli. He never offered to give me a credit only that he could make mostaccoli and have it delivered. Which was nice butmy guests were there and ready to eat. Waiting an hour more was not an option. The food was great like always justdisappointed after spending g $750 the manager wanted to tell me I was wrong instead of just owning their mistake andapologizing. future catering will most likely be from somewhere else next time.
