This Taco Bell restaurant is the best taco bell to go eat in all of Lake County! They make the food with outstanding quality and... other Taco Bell's should come to this store and take notes on how a taco bell should be ran. They are not stingy with theiringredients, they make the food look neat and it's not all over the place. The restaurant is very clean, By looking at the foodyou can tell the employees make the food to the satisfaction of the diner, whoever trained these employees God Bless You, youtrained them very well. The workers are always super rude at this location. They never give me napkins or hot sauce even after I ask at the speaker.... When I ask again at the window they always get an attitude. I used to go here a couple times a week until recently. I startedgoing to round lake now and its night and day. Much friendlier staff. Food is the same so its really just the people to rate. Disappointed with this location. Food was awful the last couple times. Nacho supreme was stale -meaning the chips. Skimpy on... ALL the toppings. The chalupa was also stale. Hard chewy -not a good experience. Couldn?t even finish my meal. 1 plus is theStaff -super friendly but that?s about it. Food has declined dramatically within the last couple months. Do better TB. Seems to be slipping in service and quality at this location. Got a steak cantina bowl (they call them power bowls now ??) That... they definitely give you less then before. It was lukewarm at best. Rice was stale or leftover from earlier in the day. Also gota Mexican pizza. No silverware, crushed the top, and put the steak bowl in the bag sideways. Double check your order (like Ishould have) before you pull away. Small mistakes like that among other things are becoming consistent lately. Read more
Been here many times and the service has alway been excellent. Place is always very clean and in good condition too.
