Dining room was closed at 11 am on a Saturday. No sign up on the window about it and the manager was sitting just inside with... another employee. Called and asked if the dining room was open. Was told no by a female employee who said they wereshort-handed... Put up a sign on the door at least if you want to use the "we're short-handed" excuse and close down wheneveryou don't feel like facing live customers. Or perhaps get a new manager who can handle a few extra customers when the place istruly short-handed? Just a suggestion. Read more

It's no longer except able to use covid as a reason for having the dining room closed on the regular and if you can't find... people to work you should treat them better and pay a livable wage. Do better! Read more

If your going to close your dinning room at least have the courtesy to put up a sign. Show your customers some common courtesy!

I came to this Wendy?s because I was hungry and it?s pretty close to where I live, and I politely asked them before I ordered my... food to make the food cook to order, so that it was fresh. The only thing that seemed fresh were the fries. Burger was barelywarm, and my family member said her chicken sandwich was not fresh either, and I asked for the spicy version of that sandwich, and it was the plain. Also when I was checking the bag of food, there two flies, one that was in the bag when I was moving thefood around, and one that was dead on a ranch container. If you want Wendy?s, just go to the one on Grand. Read more

Very popular and usually has a long line....BUT you're also getting it cooked to order and not something that's been sitting... out, so it's worth the wait! Read more

Let's talk about the wonderful experience I had with "Gabby". I asked the cashier to read back my order because it was... incorrect. He needed to add items which required a manager (assuming he was new). "Gabby" came to the window with a response of"yes"? Yes what? It's obvious that customer service is not taught from the top down. I appreciate all labor, regardless of therole or pay, but being in the service industry requires customer facing skills. "Gabby" does not have those skills and shouldnot be in management. Leaders inspire, not teach horrible communication skills to their employees. "Gabby", I truly hope youlearn something from this. If not, I'm willing to teach you a lesson in communication considering you are lacking in that area. You should treat people as if you have no idea who they are. Read more
