If you like warm ice cream in a stale cone, then the Lindenhurst store is for you! Sundae was a hot mess. Half scoops of ice... cream that started off in one cup and was dumped into another. Perhaps you could train your employees on sanitary procedures. Its pretty disgusting to watch someone wash dirty containers and use her same dirty, wet, ungloved hands to make an order. Doyourself a favor and walk the extra block to Carvel. Read more

This was my first time at this Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins shop and I was pleasantly surprised to find that the help was... outstanding! I also learned that the donuts are actually made in the shop so that means the donuts are that much fresher thanfrom the shops that depend on frequent deliveries. My wife shops at this shop often and now I understand why. Read more
