Horrible Service. Called to make shore they could bring change for a 100 dollar bill when I made the order online. How can a... multi million dollar franchise become bankrupt? It's obvious management has ruined a great business with great pizza with suchpoor work ethics and horrible customer service. They canceled my order for having lack of change when I have been a client forover a decade and had no reason for my order to be cancelled. This place needs new management and new employees asap. Last Night I Had An Issue With A Delivery Driver Attempting To Deliver My Order To A Wrong Address All Because He Chose To Slack... Off And Not Read The Specific Delivery Instructions I Mentioned While Placing My Order. So When I Called Into The Restaurant ISpoke With A Young Gentleman Elijah Who Was The Manager On Shift I Explained The Whole Situation And Right Away He Was LookingInto It And Trying To Rectify It. Finally When He Got The Driver To The Right Address I Had Another Incident With The DriverBeing Extremely Rude And Then Asking Me For A Tip When I Told The Driver To Leave He Sped Off Almost Colliding With The Rear EndOf My Truck I Called Back Right Away And Spoke With Elijah Who Immediately Began Apologizing And Telling Me Hw Would Make SureThis Was Handled. I usually order from this Domino?s because they are the closest. Unlike most fast food and pizza chains, this Domino?s gets my... order right all the time, and they deliver in a timely manner. I generally do contactless carry out, but the times I have haddelivery the food has been fresh hot and in good condition. Can?t ask for much more than that. Read more
