Very disappointed with a delivery order. I ordered a vanilla milkshake and an Oreo milkshake and instead I got chocolate milk.... Also ordered a burger with fries but they didn?t even give much fries to the order. Just because it is a mobile order doesn?tmean the service should be dropping. Thankfully got refunded, but still poor management by not checking what they are sendingout. Read more

Brandon was amzing he mde my experience at Ihop wonderful he was attentive polite and our food was out within minutes. I have... not been out alot since Covid but because of Brandon I will makecthis my new sunday beeakfast spot. I watched him take care ofother tables with same courtesy. I came here today and did a pickup and I have to say I LOVED IT! The food was awesome! I?ve had such horrible experience with... other ihops before but this one was great. The moment I walked in someone assisted me immediately and they were really friendlyand nice especially the guy with the red shirt . The food was quick but it was made really well. Thank you guys! I?m 5 months pregnant. I stopped at this location before dropping my daughter off at her Daddy?s house. We ordered to go. We... ended up waiting an hour for our food. After waiting an hour, I noticed they got our order wrong. We then waited another 20minutes for them to correct the problem. The manager who was present didn?t offer us anything to rein-compensate for all thetime wasted. I honestly just wanted to do a refund, but I was trying to be the bigger person. Then to my surprise when I gothome. There was no utensils, no ketchup, no syrup for my pancakes. They gave me half a container of gravy for my mash potatoes.Which was the smallest container for a double side of mash. My daughter didn?t get any gravy for her potatoes. I was so upset Iwanted to cry out of frustration. Again I was as polite as I could be. I tried to be understanding being that the gentleman andyoung lady who attended me were very kind. Typical IHOP fare with good service. As usual, parking can be tight during busy times.
Came in and received dirty cups with greasy fingerprints, asked for a burger with no onions and they still put onions, went to... eat my fries and found hair in it. Never coming to this location again. Read more
