everytime I order from this place they NEVER get my order right, I always have to request refunds on missing items and I hate... doing it but how is it possible I have never had 1 good order where I'm not missing things?? My daughter and I go to tropical smoothie in Lindenhurst once a week and love seeing André , and the other young men and women... that work there. André is the best, even when it’s busy or short staffed he is always happy and helpful, he has even foundscissors and cut the draw in half so my three year old could drink her smoothie with ease ( you should totally make child sidestraws :) ) . It’s not easy working in customer service lately, people forget it’s a smoothie store and can be very rudeand mean to the staff working and forget these young men and women are doing the best that they can.
