everytime I order from this place they NEVER get my order right, I always have to request refunds on missing items and I hate... doing it but how is it possible I have never had 1 good order where I'm not missing things?? My daughter and I go to tropical smoothie in Lindenhurst once a week and love seeing André , and the other young men and women... that work there. André is the best, even when it’s busy or short staffed he is always happy and helpful, he has even foundscissors and cut the draw in half so my three year old could drink her smoothie with ease ( you should totally make child sidestraws :) ) . It’s not easy working in customer service lately, people forget it’s a smoothie store and can be very rudeand mean to the staff working and forget these young men and women are doing the best that they can. The smoothie was good, and the assistance of the staff while ordering was pleasant but if you can’t make a drive thru... convenient, then don’t offer it. I waited a total of 40 mins for my smoothie and food which is longer than a sit downrestaurant. And on top of it, my order was incorrect after all that. This cannot be real life. They really need some help , I truly don’t blame the workers but management. They look like they are over worked and tired of... being there. My wife got a three cheese chicken Quesadilla and it came out to be just cheese in a wrap , no chicken , no sauceor sour cream. Now let’s look at my chicken pesto sandwich it should just be a a pesto and cheese. I mean really 2 pieces ofchicken? Ridiculous. Since the opening of this location, the staff has always been super friendly, welcoming and suggestive. They are very clean and... well organized. You can feel positive energy once you walk through the door. We all know tropical smoothie Cafe has tasty foodand great smoothies. If you truly would like a treat try the peanut butter crunch wrap. I love walking into this location. I amglad they opened up right down the street from my photography studio (flawlessdigitalphotos) The owner of this location is verycaring and engaging with the staff and customers.
