Was kinda worth the wait until it opened. Food was made to order so nothing was under heat lamps. Parking lot still extremely... tight. People need to stop trying to make left hand turns out of the parking lot to dangerous. Read more
My second time going there for lunch. My first time, I got a wing "special". Both sauces were very good and the chicken was... perfect. Today, I tried their version of a "chicken sandwich". When I opened the box it came in, I was shocked to see asandwich live and in person that looked like the advertisement photo! Perfectly placed chicken in a "non-crushed" bun !!! This is my 5th time ordering from this new location and I?m not sure what is wrong wit the cooks or the staff?..the wings r so... crispy n not tender at all?.there is barely meat on the bone in wings( WAT THE HELL???) and the fries! Always soggy and nevercut properly?I always receive a mixture of super fine cut fries and undercooked wedge-like fries in my fries order?.(again?.WATTHE HELL?!!) Placed an online order that said to be ready within 16 to 20 minutes when I get there they didn't have my order done. Apparently... i had ordered at the wrong store when it clearly stated the new location in the email confirmation. Had to wait another 20minutes or so for my order to be made. The staff are rude, argumentative and not knowledgeable. The manager isn't any help. Thefood isn't so great, lacking seasoning on the fries and sauce on the wings. I would stick with North Babylon Wingstop. Read more

Overall average. Bone-in wings tender, but not very meaty Ordered 10 piece, got 9 ???? Hawaiian and BBQ sauces good. Fries... well seasoned, but borderline soggy even when fresh Too expensive for what you get. Read more
They are doing something wrong with the fries... Been there twice - soggy both times. EDIT: I went a third time and ordered the... fries "well done" based on something I saw online. They were actually crispy and not bad. So try that trick out if you areexperiencing soggy fries. EDIT AGAIN: Now even ordering "well done" fries are soggy. No wonder this franchise is basically ameme for soggy fries at this point... Also my last order of boneless wings was in a little pool of frier oil (which I hadn'twitnessed before)... After 5 visits to this place they've officially lost my business. Buffalo flavor wings don't have muchflavor. I have to dip them in my own Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce to add flavor. Wings aren't very meaty. Only good thing I'vehad are the boneless wings. Louisiana dry rub is amazing. Some of the other dry flavors were good too. And super crispy. Iordered online, received a pick up time only to stand ignored on the pickup line for 10 minutes, then a full hour to actuallyget my food. Horrible experience. People were asking for refunds because apparently everyone was waiting a ridiculous amount oftime. I'll change my review if they get better. Read more
