Gotta tell you. This is usually my go to place. Here twice a week. Went on June 4th at 8:15. Ordered my geloti as usual with a... lid. Got home and there was practically no ice cream on top or bottom. I mean about 2 spoons on top and maybe one on the bottom.The water ice was full of gaps. It's was just sad to call this complete. I know the owner was there so maybe she was trying tosave him money. I really have to question going back and if she is working I'll just pass on by. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I walk up the window with my 5 ice cream order and get "oh great she has a list,... I should have shut the light off 10 minutes ago, we're never getting out of here!" The whole time they were making my order theyused the F work at least 4 times in reference to the kids all calling out. I stopped in to try the sugar-free cherry and it was not to my liking. It tasted very icy and not a lot of cherry flavor at... all. In my opinion, and that is all that this is is my opinion, because I've tried other flavors from them and they aretremendous, I would have loved to have tasted more cherry flavor and less coloring to make it look like cherry.... I'm sure itis very difficult to make a good sugar-free so maybe I just got a bad batch... But I will be back to try other flavors soon ! Read more

So glad we stopped here! I LOVE gelati so I tried the water ice and ice cream. Delicious, definitely plan to come back!
We stopped here for a milkshake and gelati. I ordered a gelati with Cherry and blue raspberry water ice and vanilla custard. The... custard had a plastic taste to it and didn?t pair well with the near flavorless blue raspberry water ice. The Cherry water icewas better and had a good flavor. That actually paired well with the vanilla custard. Other than that we bought a bottle ofwater which was a big box store brand. The prices seemed fair?$5.10 for a large gelati and the same price for the largemilkshake. I would however, say that they were not large in comparison to other places. I think they were more like medium atbest. I would like to return to try their ice cream sandwich. My husband got the butter beer milkshake which was the wholereason we went there. He said it was very good but could?ve easily had two of them! Read more
