Biscuit was hard & crumbled when bitten into. Person taking order spoke very fast and mumbling, had to ask twice to repeat.
Fries were cold and tasted like dirty oil. I asked for fresh and the old curmudgeon took that personally and wasn't too happy.... Fresh fries were made and I was purposely given fries dripping with burning hot oil to make sure they were fresh I'm assuming.They were present to me by the manager who slung the bag onto the counter and quickly disappeared. After drying with a handfulof napkins they tasted like dirty oil again so I didn't both eating any. Terrible management at this location. Read more
The food is accurate but it has been taking a long time to get the food. I placed a mobile order from my home and when I arrived... they said they didn?t have the order. The manager had to look in the system and I had to wait so long for the food. I literallywatched people arrive, order, wait in line (via the drive thru) and leave while I was asked to move forward and wait. When Icalled inside to check on the order the young lady sounded irritated with me like I was the problem. Read more
So sick of the poor quality. I order only fish filet sandwiches. The sauce is usually not enough and only on one side of the... sandwich, leaving the other side dry. Today I ordered extra sauce and this is how I received my sandwich. Come on, you have todo better! Ridiculous! Read more

Besides a small wait (for fresh food) I've never had an issue with this location. Efficient employees and good food
