Horrible experience not only do they stop selling gas after midnight . I went and ask for help ordering something from menu... screen . I asked the woman behind the counter who was not busy making sandwiches but stocking ?excuse me mam ? not once buttwice . She made eye contact twice . Heard me clearly and ignored me . So I asked the woman at the counter for help ? How do Iorder chicken salad ? No roll no salad ? Just plain chicken salad . Order a salad from the screen and go to a BTO ? Well after15 minutes of looking at the screen I found nothing ? Only one in store . I was ignored when I asked again ! Now I have to gohome to my wife and hear where is my chicken salad ? Thank you wawa for all the kind service you gave tonight . I willpersonally go out of my way to avoid all wawas at any place in the state . You lost my business for good . It?s just a matter oftime that everyone gets mistreated and disrespected. It starts with the company owners and managers who don?t teach customerservice . I blame the employees to for not not having any care whether a customer is happy or not . Shame on you . It?s thatsame attitude that is gonna keep you at a minimum wage job . Ordered two hoagies. One was the Italian where I picked some of the ingredients for my wife which turned okay. The meatball... sandwich turned to be meatball hoagie and not sure how that happened sure wasn't what I wanted fir myself.. Only put 5 smallmeatballs in the 10" roll. Should have been 6 to fill out the roll. Had basically very little to no sauce in the sandwich. Notvery happy with the sandwich at all. Read more

Waited way too long for a breakfast sandwich. When I asked how much longer I was told by a man/woman with long dry gray hair... ?why don?t you try doing my job?? I couldn?t tell if it was a man or woman. Rude black girl behind the counter started yellingat me and told me to cancel my order. She was not friendly. It took the white girl with tattoos who was just finished her shiftto help me. She was very friendly. I have no idea what was wrong with the other two grouches. I've been going to this local wawa for 7yrs so this has nothing to do with covid and lack of employees. Every single time I... ordered a hoagie it is always and I mean always made incorrectly regardless of the time of day or how busy it is. Staff are toobusy having conversations to pay any attention to detail. I rarely go here for this reason. Avoid it at all cost unless you likewaiting an absurdly long time only to find out the order was made wrong when you get home. Zero customer service Read more
