This wawa is constantly running out of food menu items. They run out of salads, yesterday they ran out of meat for the hoagies... (turkey, ham, etc.), they ran out of cups for the fountain drinks, ran out of utensils and napkins. They don?t update thecomputer menu so sometimes they don?t even have options available for the handcrafted beverages. And all of this in a time spanof just TWO DAYS. Go to a different wawa location if you can. This wawa has nothing to give if you?re craving a specific item. Read more
I avoid going to this particular location whenever possible. The workers frequently mess up orders & just seem unhappy to be... there. Today the ice wasn?t working in the soda machine & the worker claimed she?s not aloud to give me some from the deli. Iworked at wawa 6 months ago & that wasn?t the store policy. Read more
hire more gas attendants, there shouldnt be closed pumps during rush hour, the gas lines are atrocious at all times and i dont... care about waiting in line but this is consistent enough to where i'm probably never getting wawa gas again Read more
This was my preferred WaWa location to shop and buy gas, until tonight. Zachary blatantly ignored me asking for help. I politely... attempted to ask him several times even addressing him by his first name but no response. I ordered a simple small chickennoodle soup. When I got home I discovered that Zachary gave me mostly broth with minimum ingredients. I?ve never experienced anemployee blatantly disregarding me and displaying malicious behavior. I was at this location today for gas. My gas attendant was Jacob. He was an awesome attendant. I know a lot of people under... appreciate their attendant but the courtesy and respect he gave me and my vehicle was outstanding. Many Wawa's I go to theattendants just drop the gas cap onto the side of my car causing scratches. Now I have a brand new car and take special care ofit. This is something I hate, the dropping of the gas cap on my car. The way he tapped the fuel off the nozzle before removingit completely to avoid drops on my paint was a great addition to the service. I hope the next time I visit I get Jacob. I hopethat the store recognizes this level of service their employee Jacob gives to his customers. Remodeled and reopened as a Super Wawa (June 16 2017). It is really nice inside the store. It has fast lines and friendly... employees. It now has a second door at the back of the store. The gas prices are low as well. Read more
For the most part I do like this Wawa and most of the time the employees are very friendly but at this particular Wawa they're... always seems to be a line that wraps around the store. I do go in for cigarettes for the most part but for a quick sandwich orhot side dishes I have shop at the deli also and most of the time the employees behind the deli or not as friendly as thecashiers. There has been on several occasions when you pull up to the store the outside trash cans are overflowing when gettinga fountain soda or icy the icing machine is not working and if it is lots of times there's no cups or loads and now they keepthe straws at the counter at the cashiers rarely offer you one unless you ask.
